Construction Underway in Wittenberg

As Lutherans in the LCMS and worldwide are learning about and supporting The Wittenberg Project, construction continues steadily along on the new International Lutheran Center in Wittenberg, Germany. This new center, which will serve as a venue for Lutheran education and a platform for Gospel proclamation, was previously the Old Latin School. It is located next door to St. Mary’s Church where Martin Luther preached more than 2,000 sermons and close to the Castle Church where Luther nailed the 95 Theses in 1517. This new International Lutheran Center is scheduled for completion in May 2015.
